Terms and Conditions

Our prices are in £ sterling and are closely monitored - they may change each time we get new stock. The price you pay will be the price in effect at the time of order.

We accept payment via most major credit and debit cards via the third party agent, Stripe. Payments processed via Stripe using a credit or debit card and will appear on your statement as 'AIREVALLEYCLASSICS' or 'AVC'. 
We also accept payments via Paypal and Google Pay.
We do not store any credit card or payment information.

Stock Levels
We operate real time stock levels and aim to hold stock of every product - it is not possible to order any product which is out of stock.

Placing your order
The advertising of products on our website constitutes an "invitation to treat" rather than a contractual offer.
No contract will come into force until we accept your order and acceptance of your order will only take place when the following steps have occured:
o You have added the product(s) you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and then proceeded to the checkout
o You have entered your contact and delivery details 
o You have made full payment for your order via any of our accepted payment methods. (Our payment service provider will handle your payment).

We will then send you an initial order acknowledgement and will then check your order details, stock availability and payment. Once we have have made those checks successfully we will process your order and send you a dispatch confirmation email (at which point your order will become a binding contract) or we will confirm by email that we are unable to meet your order.

Order Tracking
We provide an order tracking facility on our website. You will be able to see the status of your order by entering your order reference number that was generated at the time of your order.
If you have an enquiry regarding the status of an order, then please use the order tracking system first as this may answer your enquiry.

We aim to ship all orders received prior to 12 noon, on the same day during Monday to Friday. Orders received after that time or on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.

Problem with your order?
In the unlikely event of finding a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Failure to notify us promptly may make it difficult for us to deal with the problem efficiently.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
All purchases fall under the 'Distance Selling Act' and your statutory rights are not affected.
Except where a product has been specifically ordered for you, you have the right to cancel your order at any time within 7 days of placing your order. (This does not apply to business customers).
Once the goods have been in your possession for more than 7 days you are deemed to have accepted the goods and they cannot be returned.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide the following information:

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Invoice number
  • Order date
  • Product code and description
  • Reason for return

We will review your request within 2 working days and issue you with a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number via email. The RMA email will contain the information needed to return the goods to us. You will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost.
The goods must be returned to the address shown within the RMA email. If you wish, we can arrange collection of the goods provided that you give us reasonable opportunity to do so from the original delivery address, or another mutually agreed address, within the timescales outlined.
Under such circumstances, the full cost of recovery will be deducted from any refund. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged whilst in your possession or while in the transit to us. Any goods returned must be in 'as new' condition and un-used.
Once your return is received we will examine the item(s) and contact you via email to notify you of the outcome. Should a refund be necessary this will be issued to the same payment method used to pay for the item. Any replacement items will only be shipped to the same address as that used for the original order.
